Highline Partners was founded by John Lewis to
provide exceptional service to middle market
technology businesses. John has twenty years of
operating experience as CEO, COO and CFO of
several software, technology and manufacturing
businesses. Specific accomplishments at multiple
organizations include implementing new growth
strategies, securing debt and equity capital,
streamlining operations, increasing profitability and
maximizing value and liquidity for shareholders.
John has a successful track record in both growth
and turnaround situations of publicly traded and
private-equity backed companies.
John currently serves on the Board of Directors of
Plato Learning, Inc. (NASDAQ: TUTR), a leading
provider of computer-based and e-learning
instruction. John was most recently CEO of
GeoLogic Solutions, Inc. until its sale to a strategic
buyer in early 2008.
John earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from
Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from
Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School
of Management. He is also an instrument rated
private pilot and an avid downhill skier.
